1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Luminary Tech Inc's proprietary software products and platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Luminary Tech Inc provides business-focused technology services through proprietary software platforms. We develop, operate, and license our own technology products including AI-powered productivity tools, cloud infrastructure management platforms, and cybersecurity software. All services are provided directly to end-user organizations on a subscription basis.

3. Subscription and Pricing

Our services are offered through transparent subscription models. Clients subscribe directly to our platforms and are charged through clearly defined pricing plans. All fees are stated upfront with no hidden costs. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.

4. User Accounts

To access our software products, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Account registration requires administrative approval.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our proprietary software products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) use our products in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt our services; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our software.

6. Intellectual Property

All software products, platforms, documentation, and related materials are the proprietary property of Luminary Tech Inc. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products in accordance with your subscription plan. You do not acquire any ownership rights to our software.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We operate our own technology infrastructure and handle customer data directly. We do not share, sell, or transfer customer data to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our software platforms. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

9. Payment Terms

All subscription fees are charged directly by Luminary Tech Inc. Payment is due in advance for each subscription period. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service access.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to our software platforms and any data stored therein, unless otherwise specified in your agreement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for violations of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminary Tech Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
